Pranav is an Associate Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters in Commerce degree from Sydenham College. Pranav is responsible for developing and executing the Taxation and Valuation assignments for the firm. With a wide variety of financial management experience, Pranav has worked with Kotak Investment Banking in the Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) and the Capital Markets Group where he helped companies raise money by way of IPO’s and Private Placements with Private Equity Investors. He has also worked with Dalal & Shah, Chartered Accountants (now merged with PWC) and Deloitte Corporate Finance in his previous roles.
